- try to get at least 6 hours of sleep daily
- eat at least one fruit (orange, apple) per day
- drink 2 lt of spring water daily
- eat some goji berries every day
- avoid artificial sugar (soft-drinks, candies, sweets etc.)
- hold breath three times daily for at least 10 seconds and then breathe out very slowly
- try to expose some skin to moderate sunshine (morning / evening)
- Take one capsule of curcuma after each meal when expecting a cold / flu (cold weather or family member already infected
Treatment of cold / flu (or any viral or bacterial infect):
- same procedures as under "Prevention of cold" (s. above).
- Chew 3-4 times daily some dried thyme (or alternatively oregano) herbs from the supermarket (which is very cheap) and then swallow and drink a glass of spring water
- Use a PowerTube three times daily for 5 times 3 minute (left hand with right foot and then right hand and left foot, then hand-hand and then right hand to left ear and than left hand to right ear). Drink a glass of spring water befor and after usage of PowerTube and take a walk for 5 mins after usage.
- Additionally take some colloidal silver 3 times daily (e.g. with spray), but please do not exceed suggested limits of FDA regarding dosage.
